"Boat is fast and seaworthy. One of 2 battery packs took about 9 hrs to come to a full charge (3 hrs on times 3 tries), but seems fine now. I contacted customer service after the first failed attempts, but never heard back. Manual describes different colored and blinking lights on the charger than what my charger does. So 5 stars for the boat, 3 for the batteries and manual. Customer service 👎👎"
"My son received this boat as a birthday gift, but within the first few minutes of use, the propeller and driveshaft came loose. I tightened it, but shortly after, the parts were completely lost. We’ve been trying to resolve the issue with Exhobby, but it has been a nightmare dealing with them. They have not offered any support—no replacement parts and no exchange. This experience has been very disappointing, and I will not purchase from them again. It’s a good example of why many people prefer buying from Amazon."
