If an item is missing, keep the packaging and order materials, then contact support with your order number, product name, and clear photos of everything received.
If a product does not work as expected, include a short video showing the setup and the problem. For RC products, also include battery status, transmitter status, and any lights or sounds from the model.
EXHOBBY products include manufacturer warranty support for defects in materials or workmanship. Crash damage, normal wear, water damage from misuse, and modified parts are reviewed separately.
